Tell us where you think travel, dates and categorie of the lodging you’d like, and we will find you an accommodation with these features you tell us, that will apply you a 30% of discount on its web rate.

This fee is paid once we have found accommodation.

The discounts and exchange services are contracted for separately.

To book stays with discounts in hotels registered in swapstays.com, you must have registered your lodging.

1 - Select from the listings, the hotel where you want to stay and check the rates through the Web linked to the hotel.

2 - Contact the hotel, identify yourself as a member of swapstays and check the availability for your travel dates.

3 - Book your stay at the hotel.

If there’s no availability, please, contact us in order to improve the service.

Both the hotel that receive the reservation as much as the hotelier travelling, must confirm this reservation to swapstays via e-mail.

4 - Make payment of the first service fee, by bank transfer to account swapstays, only if you're going to travel the first time with us.

Print it. This locator must be provided at the arrival at the hotel.
The same number locator is sent to the hotel where you have made the reservation.

Availability

However, interestancias.com reserves the right to be able to eliminate from their lists those hotels that, once registered and with a number of rooms with discounts at the system disposal, continuously reject reservation requests from other hotel owners or managers.

Hotels are not obliged to apply the discount if the reservation procedure is not properly followed.
